The Baptist Building Fund for Wales (BBFW) was established in 1862 and has helped numerous Welsh Baptist churches since then. In 2020 the Fund became an independent registered charity (1191792).
The object of the charity is primarily to assist Welsh Baptist churches by providing loans (normally on an interest free basis) for constructing, extending, improving or renovating places of worship or other buildings belonging to, or used for the purpose of the Welsh Baptist denomination and other charitable purposes of the denomination.
