We are delighted to announce that the BUW is launching an exciting new training scheme this year: the ‘Missional Discipleship Year’!
This is a wonderful opportunity to spend a year growing in your faith, developing your gifts and skills, and test your calling in a lively and supportive ministry context.
Are you (or someone you know) a younger adult looking to take some time out, to deepen your relationship with God, explore your calling, or engage with mission? We would love to hear from you!
This year we are launching two schemes: one Missional Discipleship Training Year based in Gwent Baptist Association (English Language), and the other at Caersalem Baptist Church (Welsh Language), both running in tandem from September 2026.
If you know any young people with a heart for Jesus wondering about mission or ministry in the future – please point them our way!
